WHO ARE WE?

Vi-Ability provides opportunities for people of all ages to develop skills by offering training, work experience and qualifications in commercial sports management. In doing this we also help to sustain thriving community sports clubs around the UK.

WE'RE A SOCIAL ENTERPISE

We use our commercial knowledge to help get people back into work, and ensure that local sports clubs are run as viable businesses. Any profit is reinvested into our organisation to enable us to change more lives.

WE'RE FLEXIBLE

Vi-Ability also work with people who aren’t excited by traditional training. Differing from a school or college, we adapt to meet people at a place and time that works for them. Participants are often surprised by how easy it is to take part.
