WHO ARE WE?

Vi-Ability works with young people to help turn around struggling community sports clubs, equipping them with business and employability skills and transforming clubs into viable businesses and thriving community hubs.

WE'RE A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

We use our commercial knowledge to help get people back into work, and ensure that local sports clubs are run as viable businesses. Any profit is reinvested into our organisation to enable us to change more lives.

WE'RE PASSIONATE ABOUT SPORT

We believe sport can have a transformative effect on young people’s opportunities and career prospects as well helping them to engage with, and benefit, sports clubs and wider communities.

Check out our flagship programme 'Run the Club'...

The 'Run the club' programme teaches key commercial skills to young people, so they can help turn struggling local sports clubs into thriving financially stable businesses; which ultimately have a positive benefit for the whole community. This programme introduces young people to the commercial management of sports clubs while supporting them to make a positive difference to their local community through social action.
