It was a Conwy Borough FC board decision in September 2011 to engage the services of Vi-Ability to execute the club's Football in the Community programmes.

Key Achievements :
- Facilitated the set-up of the club as a social enterprise, with 'community interest' governance
- Provided advice on the rebrand and rename of the club from Conwy United FC to Conwy Borough FC
- Helped the club grow its Youth section to develop an Academy
- Established employment, education, community cohesion volunteering and sport participation programmes
- Generated revenue for the club through facility hire, which helped make a huge contribution towards the clubs running costs
- Vi-Ability programme featured on National ITV news
- Secured funding for two Grounds men and one Commercial Manager a Press Officer and a Bar Manager to work for the club on a full- time basis
- Created the club’s first ever knight mascot ‘STRIKE IT STEVE’
- Helped increase attendances at the club's home games
- Assisted with successful applications for funding towards the build of a new club house
