By taking part in a Vi-Ability programme, within an inspirational setting like a sports club, they gain real work-place experience and transferable skills to make them more employable.

RUN THE CLUB PROGRAMMES

This is a bespoke course which has been created by industry professionals that provides skills and knowledge needed to work within the sports industry in anya transformative experience of helping to 'Run A Club' in a variety of business fields. The 8-week course delivers employability skills, fosters entrepreneurship, and activities undertaken will support participants to develop confidence, interview skills and motivation. Participants also recieve a minimum of 2 qualifications.
