Statement from Vi-Ability Founder, Kelly Davies

I am writing to share some important Vi-Ability news with you. As I’m sure you’re aware we
have great ambitions to scale up the impact of Vi-Ability, and this process is now well under
way thanks to two new contracts that will enable us to not only expand our operations in
London but also have a major presence in Ireland for the first time. I am personally very
excited about both of these opportunities, and will be able to share further details with you
in the near future.

As we enter this transformative period for Vi-Ability I believe that the time is now right for a
new CEO to take us forward into this next phase. I am immensely proud of the truly
incredibly things we have achieved as a team in the 8 years since I founded Vi-Ability and
whilst I am stepping down as CEO I will continue to play an active role as Chair of the
organisation. So far Vi-Ability has re-invested £2.8 million back into local communities and
we have changed the lives of over 5,000 people and I am excited about the prospect of
working with a new CEO to help change many more.

We are currently recruiting for the position and I look forward to being able to update you
with the new appointment in due course.
